Like every iceberg, where much of it is hidden under the water and cannot be seen, in a successful ERP project, people outside the project team may not see all of the hard work, long hours, poor planning, poor execution, missed delivery dates, low-quality, lost orders in process before the Go-Live, downtime, rework, overtime, and dissatisfaction expressed with developing/deploying the new system.

In the model, I try to help perspective clients wanting to move to one of today's sophisticated, complicated, and productive ERP systems “see” and understand what each party must commit, and what it really takes to husband a successful ERP implementation.
